Introduction :
The Government has launched the e-Form project to provide the public with greater convenience in electronic submissions to the Government. Apart from downloading conventional forms and submitting them in paper form, you may now choose to download the electronic form which facilitates you to fill-in and submit Government forms electronically. Please visit www.info.gov.hk/digital21/eform/english/about_e_form_01.html to obtain more information about the "e-Form".
Electronic Form (e-Form)
	Electronic Forms (e-Form) that can be installed in a Microsoft Windows 98 / Me / NT Workstation 4.0 / 2000 Professional / XP (English / Traditional Chinese) PC for off-line completion. To use the e-Form, you have to perform the following steps : (i) Download the necessary software from the website www.info.gov.hk/digital21/eform/english/about_e_form_01.html and install to the computer; and (ii) Download the individual e-Form (template file with file extension ".eft") and then install it to the e-Form program. The IRD e-Forms are available at below. To address the basic concerns of authenticity, integrity, confidentiality and non-repudiation in electronic transactions, a person must possess a recognized certificate issued by a certification authority recognized by the Government Chief Information Officer under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance for completion of the e-Form of IRD. Submission of the completed e-Form can be sent as attachment to e-mail to the relevant e-mail accounts.
