Opening remarks by FS at press conference on new anti-property speculation measures (photo)

The Financial Secretary, Mr John C Tsang, holds a press conference this afternoon (November 19) at the Central Government Offices New Annexe to announce the government's new anti-property speculation measures. Also at the press conference are the Permanent Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury (Treasury), Mr Stanley Ying (left); and the Government Economist, Mrs Helen Chan (right).
