Display of Certificate

The valid business registration certificate/branch registration certificate must be displayed in a conspicuous place at the address where the business is carried on and should be produced for official inspection on demand. An inspector authorized by the Commissioner shall have power at all reasonable times to enter any premises at which he had reason to believe any business is being carried on and there to make such examination and inquiry as may be necessary.
