Simultaneous Business Registration Applications on Registration of Limited Partnership Funds and Simultaneous Notification of Changes of Particulars of LPFs

With effect from 27 December 2023, the Companies Registry (“Registry”) and the Inland Revenue Department (“IRD”) have jointly implemented the simultaneous business registration applications on registration of LPFs and simultaneous notification of changes of LPF particulars. Under the new arrangement, the Registry will process the simultaneous business registration applications and notify the IRD of changes of the relevant LPF particulars.
