AEOI Portal Trial Run

To enable financial institutions to better understand the operation of the AEOI Portal, the Department is organizing a trial run of the functions provided under the AEOI Portal.  Financial institutions are welcome to participate in the trial run.  The trial run consists of two phases, both of which will close after 31 December 2017:

•  Phase 1 – Account registration, submission of notifications, and sending and receiving e-messages;
•  Phase 2 – Return filing.

 Before participating in the trial run, a financial institution should:

(a)     read carefully the Notes on the Trial Run;
(b)     prepare the pre-requisite documents as mentioned in the Notes; and
(c)     complete an online form to enrol in the trial run (must be submitted on or before 23 December 2017).
