PRESS RELEASE

The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan (third right), and the Belarusian Minister of Taxes and Duties, Mr Sergei Nalivaiko (third left), today (January 16) sign a comprehensive agreement for the avoidance of double taxation. The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung (first right), and the Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Vasily Matyushevsky (first left), are present to witness the signing.
