PRESS RELEASE

The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan (second right), exchanges documents with the Belarusian Minister of Taxes and Duties, Mr Sergei Nalivaiko (second left), after signing the comprehensive agreement for the avoidance of double taxation today (January 16). The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung (first right), and the Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Vasily Matyushevsky (first left), are present to witness the signing.
