The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Mr Christopher Hui, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to China, Ms Koula Sophianou, signed on behalf of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the Government of Cyprus respectively a comprehensive avoidance of double taxation agreement today (June 12).
