The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Mr Christopher Hui, and the Minister of Finance and Co-ordinating Minister for the Economy of Nigeria, Mr Taiwo Oyedele, signed on behalf of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the Government of Nigeria respectively a comprehensive avoidance of double taxation agreement today (July 13).
