The Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Mr Christopher Hui, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to China, Mr Boštjan Malovrh, signed on behalf of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government and the Government of Slovenia respectively a comprehensive avoidance of double taxation agreement today (September 4).
