User Guide for Bulk Upload (Property Transfers)

Stamping applications for property transfer documents can be submitted in bulk with a maximum of 50 instruments at any one time.

The upload file must be in a valid format of an XML file (.xml). The upload file must not exceed 1 MB. Please zip the file before upload if the file exceeds 1 MB. You can prepare the upload file by any of the following methods:

• Method 1: Using OpenOffice <Section 4.2.2 of User Guide>
  • Step 1: Download the OpenOffice.org Calc 4.x version <Section 3 of User Guide>
  • Step 2: Download the XML filter (for Initial Stamping of Agreement/Assignment) for the OpenOffice.org Calc 4.x <Section 4.2.2.1 of User Guide>
  • Step 3: Download the Upload Data Preparation Template and prepare your upload file <Section 4.2.2.2 of User Guide>
  • Step 4: Convert the upload file into XML format by using OpenOffice.org Calc 4.x <Section 4.2.2.3 of User Guide>
   
• Method 2: Using custom-developed applications <Section 4.2.1 of User Guide>
  • Prepare the XML file directly. Please refer to the Data Specification File for Initial Stamping of Agreement/Assignment
