New real time interactive service - Chatbot "Iris"
The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) today (Apr 27) rolled out a new real time interactive service, a Chatbot named “Iris”, in its website. “Iris” provides round-the-clock instant service in answering general queries relating to tax on individuals. To chat with “Iris”, click the persona icon of “Iris” at the bottom right hand corner of the IRD homepage.
“Iris” is still in its infancy. The Department will strive to improve the quality of service provided by “Iris” through learning from interactions with the public.
