Suspension of Filing of Profits Tax Return Related Online Services

The Department will launch the new version of electronic filing of Profits Tax return services on 1 April 2026.  To facilitate system update, the electronic filing services (including “Uploading of Data Files for Supplementary Forms and Supporting Documents to Profits Tax Return” service, “Completion of Profits Tax Return” service and “Submission of Profits Tax Return” service) will be temporarily suspended from 8 p.m. on 20 March 2026 to 31 March 2026.  We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The bulk issue of Profits Tax returns for the year of assessment 2025/26 will take place in April 2026.  Upon resumption of the electronic filing services on 1 April 2026, corporations and businesses are encouraged to file their Profits Tax returns for the years of assessment 2022/23 to 2025/26 through electronic filing services.
