Request for a Notice of No Objection (NNO) to a Company Being Deregistered

For request for a Notice of No Objection (NNO) to a Company Being Deregistered, IRD all along agrees to hold over payment of business registration fees and levies in respect of certificates commencing to take effect after a valid application for “Notice of No Objection to a Company being Deregistered” is received.  The details are laid down in Q21 of FAQ Request for a Notice of No Objection (NNO) to a Company Being Deregistered”.

With effect from 8 April 2013, the Companies Registry will provide IRD with the result of applications for deregistration.  Therefore, applicants are no longer required to file to IRD a written notification or Notifications of Cessation of Business (Form No. IRC3113) nor the copies of approval letter for deregistration issued by the Companies Registry.  The form IRC3113 is amended to reflect the change.
